Impax Group PLC08 March 2007 Impax Group plc ("Impax" or the "Company") Director's dealing The Company received notification on 7 March 2007 that Nigel Taunt, an executivedirector of the Company, and his wife, Linda Taunt, transferred 150,000 ordinaryshares and 43,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"),respectively, from their personal ownership to Mr Taunt's Self Invested PersonalPension on 7 March 2007. The transfer price was 25p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Taunt's beneficial holding in the Company remainsunchanged at 570,142 Ordinary Shares representing 0.53 per cent. of the issuedshare capital of Impax.
