Charles Stanley Group PLC09 June 2006 Charles Stanley announces that the Trustees of the Charles Stanley ShareIncentive Plan acquired on 09 June 2006, 4565 ordinary shares in the companyfor the participants of the Charles Stanley Share Incentive Plan. The price paidby the participants was 346p. These shares will be used to satisfy employees'contributions to the Plan deducted from their May pay.
