The Company was notified on 23 July 2021 that Charles Peal, Non-Executive Director has sold 7,795 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 629.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Further to this Charles Peal made a purchase of 3,471 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 630 pence per Ordinary Share and his wife, Antonia Peal made a purchase of 3,471 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 630 pence per Ordinary Share.
