Director/PDMR shareholding
InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products, announces that it was notified today, that Joseph Bayer, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 12,000 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each in the Company at a price of 46.7 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Acquisition") which will be held via his Australian Superannuation Fund which Mr Bayer controls. He now holds 141,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company via his Australian Superannuation Fund.
Following the Acquisition, Joseph Bayer has, through direct and indirect holdings, a total interest in the Company of 190,240 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.34% of the issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
