Director/PDMR Shareholding
EnQuest PLC (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by
Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').
Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following PDMRs purchased Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Shares") on the London Stock Exchange:-
Nigel Hares purchased 100,000 Shares on 7 April 2010 at 99.94 pence per share, and 100,000 Shares on 8 April at 99.35 pence per share, totalling 0.026% of the share capital of the Company.
Jock Lennox purchased 20,000 Shares on 7 April 2010 at 100.2 pence per share, being 0.003% of the share capital of the Company.
Neither PDMR held any Shares in the Company prior to these transactions. Each PDMR's purchase has been made in their own name.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 775,027,922 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
