On 12 December 2006, Neil Rodford acquired 251,254 Ordinary Shares for his SIPP from his wife at a price of 16.125p per share. Following these transactions, Neil Rodford is beneficially interested in 1,089,354 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.87% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital (excluding 1,400,000 Ordinary Shares held by the Company as treasury shares).
