Formation announces that on 20 November 2008 John Lawrence, a director of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 6 pence per share. Following the purchase, John Lawrence holds 840,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.38% of the Company's issued share capital.
