Swallowfield Plc ('the Company') has been notified that Ian Mackinnon, Chief Executive Officer, has today transferred 59,330 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife.
There is no change to Ian Mackinnon's beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital, which following this notification remains at 135,500 ordinary shares representing 1.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
