Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that it has received notification that Mr S B Heath, Chairman of the Company has sold 1,000 ordinary shares to Mr D J Pick, Managing Director of the Company, at a price of £3.15 per share.

Mr S B Heath's shareholding is now 491,081 ordinary shares, representing 19.38 per cent of the issued share capital.

Mr D J Pick's shareholding is now 5,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.22 per cent of the issued share capital.
