Titon Holdings Plc (the "Company" or the "Group") today announces that Mr Ronald Brighton, Managing Director of the Group's Manufacturing Division, has decided to retire after 33 years service and will leave the Company at the end of April 2011.

John Anderson, Chairman commented: "The Company is very proud of its modern and efficient manufacturing facilities and can boast an excellent record of employee safety and environmental responsibility. Ron has been instrumental in providing the framework for this and I wish to sincerely thank him for his great contribution over the years. I wish him and his wife a long, happy and healthy retirement".
