Resignation of Director
The Board of TyraTech announces that Patrick Regan, Non-Executive Director of Tyratech has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.
Mr. Regan was appointed to the Board in 2007 as the representative of Laurus who at that time owned 49% of TyraTech shares. The Executive Chairman of TyraTech, Alan Reade, thanks Mr. Regan for both his professionalism and his important contribution to the Board.
