In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that Penny Lovell, a non-executive director of the Company, has notified the Board that due to her other business commitments she intends to step down from the Board with effect from 30 September 2022.
Penny has served as a non-executive director of the Company since 1 January 2021, and the Board would like to express its gratitude for her valued contribution during that time. The Board has commenced a search for a new director.
