Paternoster Resources plc announces that non-executive director Graham Haselden will be retiring from the board after many years of service with immediate effect.

Nicholas Lee, Chairman said

"Graham has been with the company over a number of years and seen a number of changes during that time. I would like to thank Graham for his excellent support and counsel over the years that I have worked with him and I wish him well for the future."
