Directorate Change 

Further to the announcement of 3 December 2008, Nviro announces that James S D Leach had resigned from his role as non-executive director with immediate effect. As previously stated, having recently retired from his roles based in Hong Kong, he has moved his home to Vancouver, Canada and feels that the demands of Nviro at this crucial time require more attention than he is currently able to provide.

The Board would like to thank Mr Leach for his efforts throughout his time with the Company.
