Director’s dealing

One Media iP Group plc (AIM: OMIP), an ‘intellectual property’ (IP) owner and controller of music and video rights, announces that it has been notified on 10 October 2018 that Ivan Dunleavy, Chairman of the Company, transferred a portion of his current shareholding in the Company, being 625,000 ordinary shares in the Company, to his family pension SIPP on 10 October 2018. Mr Dunleavy’s beneficial interest of 8,125,000 ordinary shares representing 5.99% of the Company’s issued share capital remains unchanged.
