Director Shareholding
Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, was notified yesterday that on 21 June 2010 Tony Booley, a Director of the Company, gifted for nil consideration 6,810,723 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to a trust, the beneficiaries of which are Mr Booley and his wife.
Following this transfer, the beneficial interest of Mr Booley and his family remains unchanged at 6,810,723 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.94% of the issued share capital of the Company.
