Regus Group PLC31 March 2005 Regus Group plc ("the Company") The Company has today received notice that its chairman, Mr. John Matthews, hastoday purchased 6,304 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a priceof 105.5 pence per share. The purchase was made pursuant to an undertaking givenby Mr. Matthews to purchase shares on a quarterly basis equivalent in value to aproportion of his net director's fees.
