Avanti Communications, the broadband satellite operator, was today notified by Patrick Willcocks, General Counsel, that he had purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 430 pence per share. Patrick Willcocks now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 70,000 ordinary shares in the company, being approximately 0.11% of the issued ordinary share capital of Avanti Communications Group plc.
