Director Exercise of Options

 Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator, was informed on 29 July 2011, by Richard Vos, non-executive director, that on the same day he had exercised 11,250 share options at 1p per ordinary share under the long term scheme established in 2006, prior to Avanti's listing.

Richard Vos now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 17,280 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.02% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
