The Company announces that David Rogers, a non-executive director of the Company, was a partner of Tods Murray LLP, a law firm which entered into administration on 3 October 2014. The business and assets of Tods Murray LLP were acquired out of administration by Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP on the same day.

There is no additional information to disclose in respect of Rule 9.6.13 R.
