It was announced on 25th April 2017 that Diane Seymour Williams will become Chairman of the Company immediately following the Annual General Meeting on 22 June 2017. Further to that announcement, which gave details of Diane's other roles, the Company is disclosing that Diane has today been appointed a director of Standard Life Private Equity Trust plc.
