The Company has today been informed that John Harding has purchased a total of 16,800 Ordinary Shares in the Company into his SIPP in the following tranches:
· 10,000 Jelf shares on 23 May at 117.5 pence per share
· 6,800 Jelf shares on 27 May at 120 pence per share
Following this transaction John Harding is interested in 355,686 Ordinary Shares representing 0.42% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.
