Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator, was notified on Thursday 16 June 2011 by William Wyatt, Director, that on the same day he purchased 7,142 ordinary shares in the Company at 350 pence per ordinary share.

William Wyatt now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 25,342 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.03% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
