Eckoh PLC01 October 2007 1 October 2007 Eckoh PLC Eckoh sells the TV division of its Connection Makers subsidiary Eckoh plc, the UK's largest provider of hosted speech recognition services,announces the sale of the TV division of its Connection Makers subsidiary for aconsideration of £1m in cash payable over the next two years. The deal isexpected to conclude by the end of October subject to necessary regulatoryapprovals being obtained. This is the latest step in the ongoing strategy to simplify the Group and focusefforts on the high growth speech solutions activity. Strategic options for theremainder of the Connection Makers business are also being actively considered.
