As set out in the Company's AIM admission document dated 26 October 2006, theReorganisation involved part of the placing proceeds being used to subscribefor new ordinary and preference shares in KSK Energy Ventures Private Limited("KSK India"), and the subsequent buy back and redemption of certain existingordinary and preference shares in KSK India.
