Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcement of 13 September 2013, its wholly owned subsidiary Northbridge Industrial Services Pte Ltd has today completed the acquisition of Crestchic (Asia-Pacific) PTE Ltd.
