Further to the announcement of 2 November 2010, Amiad, the producer and global supplier of water filters and filtration systems for the industrial, municipal and irrigation markets, has received the required Chinese regulatory approvals and has completed the acquisition of its Chinese subsidiary, Yixing Taixing Environtec Co Ltd.
