KYIV, UKRAINE - AVANGARDCO INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LIMITED (LSE: AVGR) (the "Company" or "Avangardco"), the leading producer of shell eggs and egg products in Ukraine, notes that it keeps no deposits at VAB Bank (the "Bank") and has no loans from the Bank.
The Company continues to adhere to the previously announced strategy, including among others, implementation of the best international practices in corporate governance and reduction in related party transactions. The Company's financial statements audited by KPMG will serve as evidence to that.
