CHANGE OF LISTING CATEGORY ON THE OFFICIAL LIST

PV Crystalox Solar PLC (the "Company"), a leading supplier of photovoltaic silicon wafers, announces that following a resolution approved by its shareholders at the General Meeting on 11 September 2013, the Company's listing category has today been transferred from "Premium Listing (commercial company)" to "Standard Listing (shares)".
