Premier Asset Management PLC10 September 2007 Premier Asset Management PLC ("Premier" or the "Company") Cancellation of admission (the "Cancellation") The Company announces that it has applied to the London Stock Exchange for thecancellation of the trading of Premier's shares on AIM. In accordance with therules of AIM, the Cancellation will take place no earlier than 20 business daysfrom today's date and it is currently anticipated that the Cancellation willtake effect from 8.00 a.m. on 8 October 2007. This follows the announcement on 28 August 2007 by Harvard Bidco Limited thatits recommended offer to acquire the whole of the issued and to be issued sharecapital of Premier had been declared unconditional in all respects and that itintended to procure that Premier applied for the cancellation of the trading ofPremier's shares on AIM.
