ANNOUNCEMENT
BUYBACK OF OWN SHARES
Athens, August 13, 2015 - The company "Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A." (OTE S.A. or Company), announces the intention to buyback own shares during the period from 13/8/2015 to 28/8/2015 up to 60,000 shares, namely about 0.012% of the Company's paid-up share capital, at a maximum purchase price of €15 per share and a minimum purchase price of €2 per share.
OTE S.A. intends to purchase the above shares within the framework of implementation of the approved by the Company's Shareholders' General Meeting executives' incentive programs.
The purchases will be made in accordance with the terms of Regulation 2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities and the Decision 5/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
