BUYBACK OF OWN SHARES
Athens, March 11, 2014 -The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or the Company)announces that, in accordance with article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920, article 9 of Law 3340/2005, the nr 2273/2003 EU Regulation, the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 26.06.2013 and the nr 6/11-10-2013 decision of the CEO, it acquired on 10.3.2014 through the ASE member Piraeus Securities S.A 84,778 own shares, for an average price of €12.9582 per share, of total value €1,098,571.77. In total, the Company holds 5,714,110 own shares representing 1.1657871% of its issued share capital.
