Board changes

Gresham Computing plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham" or the "Group"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time transaction control and enterprise data integrity solutions, announces the following Board changes.

The Board is pleased to announce that Imogen Joss will join the Board as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director with an effective date of 1 September 2016. Ms Joss is currently President of Platts, a division of S&P Global. She previously held executive positions at the London Stock Exchange Information Services business and senior posts in other leading data vendor companies, including Financial Times Information, Extel Financial Ltd, and Reuters plc.

Max Royde, currently Senior Non-Executive Director and chair of the Remuneration Committee, will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director until 30 September 2016, following which he will step down, and Ken Archer, Non-Executive Chairman, will become chair of the Remuneration Committee.

The Board wishes to recognise and thank Mr Royde for the enormous contribution that he has made to the transformation of the Group since his appointment in August 2009.

Imogen has a strong background in the financial services industry, and brings significant experience of building global organizations, both in Europe and the US. I have enjoyed working with him and the Board has valued his insight and advice."

Regulatory disclosures

Imogen Melissa Joss, aged 54, is not currently and has not at any time in the previous five years been a director of any other publicly quoted company. There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 R in relation to Ms Joss.
