Directorate Change

Low & Bonar PLC, the international performance materials group, announces that Kevin Higginson, Group Finance Director, has notified the Board of his intention to take up a new role in a private company. Kevin will remain at Low & Bonar as Group Finance Director for a period of time to enable a smooth transition to his successor, the search for whom is underway. Details of the new appointment, and Kevin's departure date, will be announced in due course.
