Manpower Software PLC06 May 2008 MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC (the "Company") AWARD OF DIRECTOR'S SHARE OPTIONS Manpower Software announces the following in respect of share options awarded toa Director of the Company. Mr Ian Bowles has been awarded, effective 2nd May 2008, an option to acquire250,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company under the Company's EnterpriseManagement Incentive Scheme ("EMI Scheme"). The option is exercisable at 53pper share between 2 May 2011 and 1 May 2018.
