Manpower Software PLC31 January 2008 MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company") AWARD OF CONTRACT Manpower Software plc, the leading provider of workforce management ande-rostering solutions, is pleased to announce that the Cambridge andPeterborough NHS Trust has selected MAPS Healthroster Solution for Trust-widedeployment following a detailed tender process. The Trust will use MAPSHealthroster to more effectively manage its nursing workforce, helping to makesignificant cost savings, while maintaining safe levels of nursing and staffmorale. This new contract win extends the total number of NHS Trusts in England andWales which are now working with Manpower Software plc to thirty one, inaddition to the contract with healthcare provider HCA International Ltd, thelargest private hospital group in the capital. Sixteen new NHS Trust contracts have now been signed with Manpower Software plcin the current financial year (i.e. since 1st June 2007).
