Award of contract from Dounreay Site Restoration Limited ("DSRL")

 

 

James Fisher and Sons plc today announces that its subsidiary James Fisher Nuclear Ltd (JFN) has been awarded a two-year contract to support Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) with the world's deepest nuclear clean-up project.

 

The contract, valued close to £5 million involves support from JFN in the supply of a suite of remote handling equipment to support the retrieval, sorting and segregation of miscellaneous waste materials from the DSRL shaft and silo facilities.

 

Nick Henry, Chief Executive Officer of James Fisher said:
