Manpower Software PLC26 February 2008 MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company") AWARD OF CONTRACT Manpower Software plc is delighted to announce another NHS contract award in theUK Healthcare sector. The North West London Hospitals NHS Trust, one of thelargest and busiest NHS Trusts in the capital, comprising 3 hospitals, employingover 4,200 staff, has chosen MAPS Healthroster to more effectively manage itsnursing workforce. The North West London Hospitals Trust awarded the contract following acompetitive tender, through the Catalist procurement process, and after runninga pilot in several wards. Key to this contract win is that MAPS Healthrosterwill replace an existing electronic rostering solution. The award of this contract brings the total number of NHS Trusts which haveselected MAPS Healthroster to 34, in addition to the contract with theindependent healthcare provider HCA International.
