Appointments to Board Committees
Playtech (LSE: PTEC) announces the following appointments to board committees.
John Krumins, non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 20 November 2019.
Anna Massion, non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 20 November 2019.
This notification is given in accordance with LR 9.6.11.
