Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Somero Enterprises, Inc ®, the North American manufacturer of patented laser guided equipment used for the spreading and levelling of high volumes of concrete for floors in the construction industry, is pleased to announce that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the Financial Year ended 31 December 2013 ('Annual Report') was posted to shareholders on 18 April 2014, along with the Notice of Somero's Annual General Meeting.
