Plant Impact plc (AIM: PIM), a leader in research and development in crop enhancement to create products that growers can rely on to improve the yield and quality of their crops, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2015 and the Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") were today posted to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.00 a.m on 25 November 2015 at Plant Impact's headquarters at Rothamsted Conference Centre, Room 104, Rothamsted, West Common, Harpenden, Herts, AL5 2JQ.
