Hydrogen Group plc confirms that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 have been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of AGM. The AGM will be held at 3 Laurence Pountney Hill, London EC4R 0EU on Tuesday 21 May 2013 at 10am.
