Fidessa group plc 2015 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of 2016 Annual General Meeting

On 15th February 2016 Fidessa group plc ("Company") announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31st December 2015. The preliminary announcement contained the information required by the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

Today the Company posted to shareholders its 2015 Annual Report and Accounts together with a Notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy. 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the 2015 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will today be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
