regarding the publication of the new Code of Corporate Governance

of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A.

The Board of Directors of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. has approved the company's Code of Corporate Governance, issued in compliance with the Bucharest Stock Exchange Code of Corporate Governance, applicable from January 4, 2016 .
