AGM Results

The Company is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held on 3 June 2015 at 12:00 noon all resolutions laid before the meeting were duly passed.

The dividend payment approved by the AGM of 1.5 pence per share will be paid on 3 June 2015 to all shareholders recorded on the register of members of the Company as at 22 May 2015.
