Admission to Trading and First Day of Dealings

Following the publication of its Prospectus on 16 July 2015, Anglo African Agriculture plc (“AAA”, or the “Company”) announces that its entire issued ordinary share capital of 94,896,125 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each (the “Ordinary Shares”) will today be admitted to the Standard Listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange (together, the “Admission”). Dealings will commence at 8.00am under the TIDM AAAP with ISIN number GB00B7V2GY97.

AAA is registered in the United Kingdom and is the holding company of a group with operations in South Africa which is involved in the manufacturing of herbs and spices, production of guar beans and trading in agricultural products.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company in issue immediately following Admission is 94,896,125 each with equal voting rights. This total voting rights figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
