Admission to the Official List

Emblaze Ltd. (LSE:BLZ) ("Emblaze" or the "Company") Admission to the Official List Tel Aviv, Israel, 4 August, 2014 Further to its announcement on 29 July 2014, the Company announces that there-admission of its entire issued ordinary share capital to the standardlisting segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to tradingon the main market for listed securities of London Stock Exchange plc ("Admission") will become effective at 08.00 a.m. today. The Company's ordinary shares continue to trade under the TIDM code BLZ andthe Company currently has 140,578,154 ordinary shares in issue (30,587,902 ofwhich are held in treasury). Therefore, the total number of voting rights inEmblaze is 109,990,252. The above figure (109,990,252) may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required tonotify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Emblaze under theFCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
