Admission of Shares to Trading

Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), a diversified mineral development company with a portfolio of vanadium, titanium, iron ore, tin and coal assets in Africa, announces that, further to the announcement made by Bushveld on 3 June 2016, admission of the new ordinary shares in the Company issued pursuant to the placing and subscription, totalling, in aggregate, 98,333,334 new ordinary shares (the "Placing and Subscription Shares"), will occur at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow.

Total Voting Rights

Following the admission to trading of the Placing and Subscription Shares, Bushveld will have 584,670,772 ordinary shares in issue of which 670,000 are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights that may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules will therefore be 584,000,772. The Placing and Subscription Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
