IQE PLC28 June 2005 CORRECTION IQE plc ("the Company") Additional Listing The issuer has advised that the following amendment has been made to theAdditional Listing announcement made on 28 June at 10.12am. In the second paragraph it states "is expected to become effective on 1 July2005" and not "1 August" as previously stated. IQE plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange for 8,917 ordinaryshares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to tradingon AIM. These Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of shareoptions under the IQE Employee Share Option Scheme.
