Westside Acquisitions PLC21 January 2005 Westside Acquisitions plc ("Westside" or "the Company") Additional Listing / Directors Shareholding The announcement released at 13:08 on 13 December 2004 under RNS Number 3296Gentitled "Add Listing / Directors holding" erroneously stated the number of 2004Warrants that had been converted and, accordingly, the number of new ordinaryshares of the Company which were to be admitted to trading on AIM. The amendedtext of the announcement is as follows: Pursuant to the expiration of the 7 December 2004 warrants ("2004 Warrants"),the Company announces that 6,303,768 of the 2004 Warrants have been converted bywarrantholders into new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 2.5p per share. In addition, 8,635of the 21 December 2005 warrants ("2005 Warrants") have been converted bywarrantholders into new Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 2.75p per share.
